EMA NI - January Bonus
If a student has met their objectives, allocate their bonus on the Confirm Bonus tab. You should also make submissions for students who have not achieved their objectives. Once you've submitted bonus confirmations, students will get a text message to confirm. We'll send the message before the payments. We started paying bonuses on 6 January. You should confirm all bonuses by 31 January.
EMA Wales – EMA Learning Agreements
New students must submit their application form to us within 13 weeks from the start of their course. Returning students must sign their EMA Learning Agreement within 13 weeks from the start of their course to have their payments backdated. The start of the course is the date in the Course Start Date field on the Learning Centre Portal.
WGLG FE - Term 2 payment
We cannot release any payments until you’ve confirmed that the student is in attendance in this academic year. You must confirm that the student remains enrolled and continues to attend at each term. The two-week rule applies for term 1 only. There is no specific time frame for the following 2 terms. We expect you to confirm attendance as soon as possible to make sure that your students are paid without a delay.
